Burberry is back!
Burberry has come back to its British roots and closed the 25th London Fashion Week after not appearing in over a decade. They have moved from their usual strategy of appearing at the Milan and New York fashion shows to also appearing in London. The reasoning for this is due to the downturn in the economy and luxury goods being massively affected, with the loss of 260 jobs. They are trying to change the chavy image which they have recently had in this country. Burberry hats and clothes have recently been stereotyped to football hooligans and larger louts.
